I provide counseling and therapy to treat a wide range of issues and concerns. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and children 9 yrs+. Pre-marital counseling, group sessions and educational seminars are offered. Additionally, I am available to speak to your group or organization.

For initial appointments please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. Or, to avoid this, download the forms here & bring the completed paperwork with you.

My office is located in the southwest valley on Fort Apache Road between the West Tropicana and Russell Road exits off I-215. (most parts of town are at a maximum 20 minutes away when using the freeway) Located in the Fort Apache Executive Suites at the Fort Apache Point office complex, The address is:

I accept all insurance plans. I also accept Sr. Dimensions & Humana Medicare HMO's, however at present I am unable to accept straight medi-care or medicaid.

I am also a provider for all of the EAP [Employee Assistance Programs] in the valley. (To find out if your employer offers an EAP program, which is separate from insurance, check with your human resource or personnel office/person.)

My private pay fee schedule:
$100 initial intake session
$80 for individual sessions
$90 for couples sessions
$100 for family sessions
(sessions are usually 45-50 minutes)

If your appointment is after 5pm, or on Saturday, please note: the front door will be locked. I ask that you come to the side entrance. There is a doorbell which will alert me that you are there.

Please note: I will answer contact questions regarding availability for in person counseling, insurance acceptability or speaking requests. I will also answer inquiries about this web site. I will not answer questions of a counseling nature through this e-mail address.

While I do my best to be flexible with regards to private pay fees, I do not offer a sliding scale. If you are looking for low cost counseling, you have some options.
